Return Policy
At HypermorphX, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their gym apparel purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
- In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder.
- must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
Please note: Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at HYPERMORPHX@GMAIL.COM to notify us of the return and receive a return authorization.
- After receiving the return authorization, you may proceed to ship the item(s) back to us.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
1. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your gym apparel for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at HYPERMORPHX@GMAIL.COM to initiate the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at HYPERMORPHX@GMAIL.COM immediately to arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
